Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Request Return' button to generate a unique RMA number.

  Package Your Device

  Place the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 hardware, along with all original cables and documentation, into the original protective packaging to prevent static or physical damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device integrity and performance specifications, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
